Pipe Band calls for new blood

FORMED in September 2010, Broughshane & District Pipe Band has made admirable progress in the short time since.

The band has been greatly encouraged by the continuing level of support and assistance from all sections of the community and surrounding towns and villages. The number of new young members joining for both piping and drumming has been very encouraging too but the band would be delighted to welcome more young people.

Any that are interested in piping can phone Robert (07523 211513), Colin (07702 151819) or George (07763 323153) while young people interested in drumming can phone Michael (07745 095315).

Alternatively, just call in to First Broughshane Hall during weekly practices which are held every Monday night from 7.30-9.30pm.
