SIR - May we the undersigned through your newspaper, publicity thank on behalf of the long suffering residents of the Meadow Street, Lower Ballymoney Road, Duke Street, Greenvale Street areas, Ian Paisley Jnr, the Council's Environmental Health Officer, but especially Mr Declan O'Loan for his untiring help and support in out efforts to have abominable noise emanating from the new gas heating system on the roof of Twickenham House, Mount Street silenced.
As Winston Churchill once famously said "never has so much been owed by so many to so few..."

Thank you Mr O'Loan,

Yours faithfully,

Robert McAuley
