I'M not a big fan of the gym so when I heard I might be able to burn an hour's worth of calories in just 10 minutes I had to give it a go.
Heavenly Beauty on Greenvale Street has recently introduced the Vibro Power Plate, which promises to exercise every part of your body in just 10 short minutes.

Hard to believe, I know, but having given it a try I'm converted.
I could really feel
it working on my muscles and body fat.

The vibrations from the plate you stand on shakes up and down, which makes the fat cells in your body hit off each other and breaks them down, helping to reduce fat and cellulite.

While I was on the machine the beauty therapist Michelle showed me various exercises which target different areas. I was grateful for her advice because it helped me get the best out of the machine.

Michelle told me she finds it very hard to lose weight but this machine has helped her and she finds it better than the gym.

I have to admit I'm not a lover of the gym because I tend to be very lazy but this vibro power plate is very good because you don't sweat on it and whilst on it for that short period of time I managed to lose 269 calories.

I was very shocked as I've been to the gym a few times and I don't recall losing that many calories in such a short time!

The definite advantage is not having to worry about showering afterwards as you don't sweat.

It was a very good experience and after using the free trial, which is now available, I think I will go back as it's very cheap and easy to use.

If you want to find out more or take advantage of the free trial, call down to Heavenly Beauty on Greenvale Street.
