Ballymena Academy will host its annual Christmas Fair on Saturday, December 10, from 11am-4pm.

Festive music will be performed by pupils and teas served throughout the event which is being run in partnership with Ballymena Academy and the Ballymena Academy Old Pupils’ Association.

It will feature over 30 stalls selling a variety of unique and unusual gifts including antiques, jewellery, Christmas cakes, books, homemade crafts and cards.

Also there will be an extraordinary prize to be won. One lucky person will win two tickets to Manchester United game against Watford played on February 11 well as overnight accommodation at the Hotel Football. Everyone attending the Fair will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets and a prize will be drawn every hour from 12noon with the star prize drawn at 4pm.

Ballymena Academy Old Pupils’ Association President Kenneth Fleming said: “This will be the fourth year we have held this fair and it has proved a very popular day out.

“Our fair has a really unique atmosphere with the school music department performing throughout the day, stunning stalls and tasty refreshments from Jane’s Kitchen.”

Entry is £3 for adults and free for school children with all proceeds being reinvested within the school by the Old Pupils’ Association.
