Cullybackey College Year Eight students step back in time at Ulster Folk and Transport Museum

Cullybackey College’s new Year 8’s experienced life as children in Victorian times while on their annual residential to the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum.

At the Cultra venue, they got into the historical spirit by dressing up in clothes from the period and going to school for a ‘living history’ lesson, before heading to court for experience a trial.

They also made soda bread on an open fire and participated in craft activities, creating souvenirs to take home to their parents.
