Do you want to find out how to cook and eat healthily on a budget?

Then you will be interested in attending free cookery demonstrations to learn how to cook some healthy, affordable meals, how to select nutritious and low-cost ingredients and how to prepare them in ways that provide the best nourishment possible.

Whether you are a complete beginner or just want to improve your culinary skills get expert guidance, free tasters and free recipes. The cookery demonstrations are organised by local Church Community Group LOGIC and will take place in Antrim Methodist Church Hall, Greystone Road, Antrim. Each will run for 2 hours 7pm – 9pm over 3 consecutive Thursdays starting on 31 January and continuing on 7 and 14 February 2013.
