POLICE in the town are investigating an incident in which grass was set alight at two locations in a field in the Millfield area last Friday.
Members of the Fire And Rescue Service who were called to the scene around 10.30pm on June 26, extinguished the fires.

Police have subsequently warned that setting fires is both dangerous and irresponsible and want to hear from anyone who saw what happened.

In particular they want to speak to a group of seven to eight young people who were seen in the area at time.
