One arrest made after town stabbing incident

A man has been taken to hospital following a serious assault in Ballymena and investigating police are seeking witnesses .
The injured man is understood to have suffered a stab wound during the incident, which occurred at a block of flats at Galgorm Road around noon on Tuesday, February 2.

A man arrested in connection with the incident was assisting police with their enquiries.

Witnesses to the assault are asked to contact the detectives at Ballymena PSNI Station.
