House prices on rise locally
The average house price in Antrim/Ballymena is £138,025 according to new Ulster University research.
Ulster University’s Quarterly House Price Index Report says that this figure slightly up on the previous quarter. It outlines that terraced/townhouses at £84,905 and detached houses at £220,483 have also increased.
