Irene takes best dressed shopper award at Ballymena fashion event

As part of the recent Ballymena Means Fashion event, the Tower Centre kindly sponsored a '˜Best Dressed Shopper' competition. Irene Archibald scooped the top prize of £100 worth of gift vouchers for the Tower Centre.
