Complaints Clinic opens Ballymena

Local people seeking to raise a concern or complaint about Health and Social Care now have advice and support on their doorstep with the opening of a Complaints Clinic in Ballymena by The Patient and Client Council.

Speaking at the opening of the premises in Ballymena CAB at Wellington Court, Maeve Hully, Chief Executive, said: “We published our Annual Complaints Report today which shows that last year 1,935 people used our complaints support service – 362 of those were from people living in the Northern area.”

Chairman of Ballymena Council’s Community Planning & Well-Being Committee, Cllr Tommy Nicholl, said: “I think the location in the centre of Ballymena will be of great benefit to all the people, with its easy access and increased visibility.”

The Complaints Clinic will be open every Tuesday between 10am-4pm. For appointments call 0800 917 0222 or drop in.
