Police investigate damage to cars

Police are appealing for information after vandals targeted two cars in Ballymena during overnight incidents.

It is understood damage was caused to the vehicles sometime between the evening of March 26 and the morning of March 27.

Commenting on the criminal damage, a police spokesperson said: “Liquid of some kind was poured over the vehicles, causing extensive damage to the paintwork.

“Police are appealing to anyone with any information in relation to the damage of these vehicles to make contact with Ballymena police and quote either 216 27/03/17 or 240 27/03/17.”
