Ballymena detectives are attempting to identify a vehicle in connection with a burglary in the town on Easter Sunday night.
The burglary, at a residents room at a hostel on Linenhall Street, was reported to police on the night of Easter Sunday.
A 51” television is understood to have been taken from a bedroom. The resident was not in the building at the time.
Investigating officers identified a transit van parked outside the hostel earlier on the evening of the burglary.
The bright blue/green coloured transit van had a ladder on the roof. The vehicle was parked outside the Lighthouse hostel between 7:15pm - 7:30pm.
Detectives are working to establish if the van was involved in the burglary or was simply parked in the area with no connection to the incident.
The owner of the van or anyone with any information is asked to contact police on the new non-emergency number 101.
