Longstone Primary is holding an Open Day in the school for prospective parents and pupils on Thursday, November 13.

All children in their pre-school year are invited to attend the day which starts at 2pm.

Longstone is currently celebrating its 110th year having opened its doors in September 1904 for pupils in the surrounding rural area and has been the school of choice for several generations of pupils since then.

At Longstone all our staff are committed to creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment for our pupils and everyone is valued and treated with respect.

It is our aim that every pupil is encouraged to develop his/her full potential during their primary years through the range of experiences, curricular or otherwise, that we offer.

Please come along and see for yourself what our school has to offer.

If you would like further information about the Open Day or our school contact the principal, Elizabeth Kirkpatrick on 028 25878223.
