Hearing aid ‘drop-in’ clinic

A special ‘device clinic’ for hearing aids will be held in Broughshane during September.

Action on Hearing Loss and the Northern Trust have combined to help local ensure their hearing aids are in tip-top condition buy holding a ‘Hear to Help’ drop-in clinic at 10am-12noon on Friday September 11, 2015 at Wilson House Day Centre on Raceview Road.

Trained volunteers, who wear hearing aids themselves, will be on hand to give free, practical advice on cleaning and maintaining hearing aids.

Hear to Help Coordinator, Laura Murphy says: “Our clinics will be a chance to find out how to use basic functions and carry out simple maintenance so you can hear much more clearly and comfortably.”
