Turtles Rathkenny creditors meeting

A CREDITORS meeting is to be held on Friday, January 11 by Turtles of Rathkenny, who closed abruptly a fortnight before Christmas.

Notice of the meeting published last week and signed by director Mervyn Turtle, states the meeting will take place in the offices of Arthur Boyd and Company at Franklin House in Brunswick Street.

The local car dealer closed on December 12 after 30 years of business.

A list of names and addresses for the company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Arthur Boyd during the two business days before the meeting.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must, unless they are individual creditors attending in person, sent their proxies to Arthur Boyd and Company by no later than noon on Thursday, January 10.

The meeting is being held pursuant to the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order, 1989.
