Mindfulness course to launch in May

Kicking off on Tuesday, May 19, and running for six weeks, Aware Defeat Depression will be hosting mindfulness courses every Tuesday from 10am-12noon, 2-4pm and 7-9pm at Galgorm Manor.

Mindfulness is a world recognised technique that can help participants decrease anxiety, worry and stress and help them focus their energy and enthusiasm on improving their personal and professional life.
