The man who brought a true taste of America to Ballymena has passed away.

Mr. Brian ‘Bun’ Mathews died suddenly in hospital on February 22.

A member of a famous baking family, Brian’s skill as a cakemaker inevitably meant he was nicknamed ‘Bun’.
