He said: “We are extremely proud of the number of students with straight ‘A’ grades and indeed the fact that the majority of our students’ results are all A and B grades.

At the time of going to press 93% of students had achieved A* to C in three or more subjects again putting St Louis Ballymena in the cohort of top achieving school in NI.

Excellent results such as these are the end product of two years of intense study by our students and the majority of our students will now have the qualifications at ‘A’ Level to give them access to high profile university places throughout NI and the UK. Credit must also go to their parents and teachers who have supported the students this far and who are equally delighted with the fantastic grades.”
