Lola the Crufts pooch came back to Antrim Civic Centre recently, to meet the man who saved her life.
Antrim Dog Warden, Paul Chapman, found Lola wandering the streets of Antrim, cold and alone.
Paul said: “She was matted all over and had been shaved. She had no chip, tag or licence so her owners couldn’t be traced.”
Paul found Lola a place at Mid Antrim Animal Sanctuary and she quickly found a home with Trevor Graham and his family.
She has recently won the UK Scruffts Child’s Best Friend title in London and will be competing in Crufts in March.”
