Tribute to ‘The Few’ at Services Club event

Ballymena Services Club will host a Concert marking the 75th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain on Saturday 21st November.

Doors will open at 19.30 with the Concert starting at 20.00.

2349 (Ballymena) Squadron Air Cadets will be taking part with a presentation by their members who will also be involved in drill displays.

The local Cadets have recently returned from a gruelling trip to Holland where they and other military personnel and civilians successfully marched over 100 miles in 4 days.

The multiple award-winningKellswater Flute Band will also be performing and have a number of RAF themed pieces included in their stirring repertoire.

With Irish dancers from the Arran School and traditional musicians also in attendance, a great night’s entertainment is guaranteed for all.

Tickets priced at £6.00, are now on sale at The Services Club Ballymena, Irons Bakery, Harryville, The Royal British Legion Antrim and Sporting Occasions, High St, Antrim.
