CARNINY Youth Under 11s and 12s showed no sign of ‘ring rust’ last weekend with both teams notching up comfortable wins after a five week lay off due to the transfer tests.

The under 11s with seven against Greenisland whilst the Under 12s ran riot against Shankill Youth up at Ballykeel.

The Under 15s notched up a 2-0 away win against Cookstown with a superb Individual goal from Matthew Shevlin the highlight of the match.

The Under 14s battled out a 2-2 draw in their local derby match against Ballymena United Youth Academy in the afternoon kick off at Ballykeel.

The under 13s had a disappointing long away trip to Strabane losing to Sion Swifts.
