Carniny's Jamie Houston is congratulated after scoring the opening goal against Ballymoor. INBT03-232AC
THE under-11s produced the performance of the weekend for Carniny Youth FC when they came back from three goals down to win an exciting seven goal thriller 4-3 against a strong Oxford United side.
The Under 14s also enjoyed cup success when they also knocked out another North West side, Ballymoor with a 5-2 scoreline against the Derry boys who play in the top division of the National League. The two teams will join the Under 13s who also passed safely through the first rounds of the competition.
The Under 15s lost out to Portadown Youth in the National League whilst the Under 12s lost their unbeaten tag in the George Best League to Glendowan in an exciting match, but still stay in pole position.
