Carniny Rangers and Harryville Homers meet for the third time in just over a month this morning.

It could be a defining weekend in the race for the firmus energy Ballymena Saturday Morning League title.

In a season in which no fewer than four clubs have mounted a serious challenge, this morning’s games could give a clearer indication of where the title will end up.

The four clubs in the running meet in two crunch clashes as All Saints Old Boys take on Ahoghill Thistle at the Showgrounds.

The other epic battle sees Harryville Homers face up to perennial rivals Carniny Rangers - the third meeting of the sides in just over a month.

Homers return to league action for the first time since winning their Junior Cup and Junior Shield double last week.

However, Robert Duddy’s men suffered a rare setback on Thursday night when they lost to Ahoghill Thistle in the quarter-final of the Ace Cup.

The remarkable 6-4 defeat was Homers’ first reverse at the Wakehurst base for four years.

Saturday’s fixtures are:

firmus energy Division One: All Saints OB v Ahoghill Thistle (Showgrounds 4); Harryville Homers v Carniny Rangers (Wakehurst 2).

George McAuley Cup Semi Finals: Ahoghill Rovers v Carnlough Swifts (Connor); Sporting Ballymoney v Michelin (Ahoghill).

firmus energy Division Two: Waveney Swifts v Randalstown (Waveney 2); Cloughmills v Holywell. Montgomery Cup: St Comgalls v Southside.
