Colerain e Showgrounds is where all the excitement has been over the last fortnight.
But Oran Kearney will be hoping for a more routine performance from his Bannsiders side over the coming weeks.
Kearney has been pleased with the character his players have shown in their games against Glenavon and Ballymena United.
However, he admitted he was disappointed with the overall performance in the derby.
“Against Glenavon we performed well and created opportunities, but against Ballymena it wasn’t like that,” said Kearney.
“Yes we had a couple of sniffs but I’m not going to lie if it was a boxing match Ballymena win it 10 rounds to 12.
“We always pride ourselves in our performance here and we will be determined to get back to again.
“We have to rectify it quickly because you can’t do that every week because not every game will be retrievable in the last five minutes.
“It does show we have a bit of character. To do it once could be a fluke, but to do it twice in as many weeks shows we have the wherewithal to keep going.”
Ards knocked Coleraine out of the League Cup season season and Kearney knows it will be another hard task tomorrow.
“Ards have had a good start to the season, Niall Currie has brought in some good players so it will be another tough game for us,” added the Bannsiders boss.
