A BALLYMENA teenager is celebrating after being selected for the Northern Ireland under-16 squad.
Josh Corry caught the eye of the selectors after a string of impressive performances for his club Crusaders this season.
Josh, a pupil at Slemish College, played for Ballymena United Youth Academy from the age of seven before making the switch to Seaview last year.
He has also been selected for the Irish Football Association’s Centre of Excellence and has already attracted the attention of Nottingham Forest, where he has already been for a training stint.
The central defender will be packing his boots for another cross-channel excursion later this month, having secured a trial with Glasgow Rangers.
