Local members of Chujo Karate Association are preparing for the trip of a lifetime in 2015.

The attached photograph shows Coaches and Senior members of Chujo Karate Association outside Trailfinders after they had booked their forthcoming trip to Okinawa and mainland Japan.

The two week visit will include training at local karate Dojo’s/training halls and sightseeing.

The group will travel there in July 2015 and the lead up time will involve long hours of intense training and preparation.

CKA Chief Coach Dan Redmond has visited Okinawa on two previous occasions but said this time is special for him because his students will travel with him to experience Okinawan karate, culture and the friendliness of the Island people.

Chujo Karate Association has clubs based locally in Clough, Ballymena and Portglenone.
