Philip Houston is the new holder of the Ballymena Towers Pool League’s Tommy Nelson Cup individual competition.

The Minnesota Inbetweeners player emerged triumphant in the annual event, held recently in the Moat Bar.

Houston, the league’s Player of the Year last season, defeated Alan Stewart 3-2 in the final.

A total of 14 players from across the league took part in the tournament.
