The Rallysport Association Summer Championship 2015 continues in style with an entry of over 100 drivers on Sunday, October 4, with another return to The Nutt’s Corner Motorsport Centre for another Race Sprint event

The action will be electric as we will see a diverse range of fantastic machinery including the popular superbike engined Rage and Extreme race buggies and race cars, some superb Escorts and Corollas, turbocharged Subarus and Mitsubishis, 106 Peugeots, Saxos, Honda Civics and the ever popular Vauxhall Novas and Corsas.

The current leaders in the championship include local drivers Adrian Grant (class 8) in his Subaru and David Christie (class 5) in his Escort however Jamie Grant, Adrian’s son has also been very impressive in his immaculately turned out Grant Commercials Escort and leads Class 5.

Portglenone’s Neil Mooney is in with a chance of taking the Class 3 honors while Randalstown’s Anthony McCann will no doubt be giving the Rathkenny Motors driver Jordan Williamson a hard time. William McCann is expected to continue his good run of form in Class 8 and the phenomenally fast race buggies of Stephen Moore, Darren Hutchinson and Aaron Beattie will all be chomping at the bit for the Overall Winners Award.

With an admission fee of only £10 for adults and teenagers (family deals are available) and with under-12s and seniors only a £5, what better way to enjoy your weekend.

The action starts at 10.30 and runs continually right through to 5.00,
