Jamie Surgenor, who represented Galgorm Castle Golf Club in the Darren Clarke Junior Golf Ireland Skills Test Final at Carton House.

GALGORM Castle Golf Club youngster Jamie Surgenor showed he’s a potential star in the making recently.

Ten-year-old Jamie, a pupil at Braidside Primary School, won the Junior Golf Ireland Skills Test at Galgorm Castle Golf Club.

Jamie then went on to represent the Club at the Darren Clarke Junior Golf Ireland Skills Test Final at Carton House.

Jamie scored very highly with tests including Short & Long Putting, Chipping, Pitching and Bunker  Shots showing great potential and may be a star of  the future.
