Following on from his sell out tour this year, mind-bending mindreader David Meade will be returning in 2017 with another fantastic show, which will be coming to the Braid on Saturday January 7, and tickets are on sale now.
After last year’s record breaking sell-out tour, TV’s Million Dollar Mind-Reader is back on stage with a show, entitled ‘Seeing is Deceiving’, that is as hilarious as it is amazing.
This ground-breaking show will leave you scratching your head in disbelief…and for the first time ever David will be lifting the lid on how he does what he does and lets the audience in on some of his secrets.
Having caught the bug for mind-reading and mentalism as a teenager, David has been honing his act for nearly 20 years.
He has combined a childhood interest with his academic interests to create the remarkable set of skills that he is famous for today.
Drawing inspiration from many sources and day to day observations, David’s act is always developing and progressing, and he is always learning.
“In my line of work you have to keep an open mind, so I’m always open to new lessons, new experiences and new technology,” he said.
“It’s the only way you can keep up to date and stop your work getting stale.”
David is a researcher and lecturer in international business with one of Ireland’s leading Universities, whose personal interests have always focused on aspects of popular psychology, consumer behaviour, and choice.
By combining these professional and personal passions with his love of the performance of mentalism, David has become a sought after speaker with a reputation for an innovative style that forces audiences to think critically about the challenges around them.
David will be hitting the road once again in the New Year and will be taking his ‘Seeing is Deceiving’ show to theatres across Northern Ireland.
The show kicks off at 8pm and tickets, which are priced £17.50, are on sale now from the Braid Box Office on 028 25635 077.
