In Fermanagh, Miss Julie descends into the servants’ kitchen of her father’s country mansion in search of the chauffeur John. Over one long balmy night, Miss Julie’s world is turned head over heels. An exploration into gender politics and class, a tug of war between lust and love, ‘After Miss Julie’ is certain to entertain and leave audiences wanting more.

Patrick Marber is best known for his string of acclaimed plays including ‘Dealer’s Choice’, ‘Don Juan in Soho’ and ‘Closer’, which won three awards including the Laurence Oliver Award for Best New Play and the New York Drama Critics Circle Award for Best Foreign Play. His screenplay ‘Notes of a Scandal’ won best screenplay at the British Independent Film Awards and the screenplay was also nominated for a BAFTA and an Academy Award. ‘After Miss Julie’ will be staged on Thursday 24 March at 8pm. Tickets are priced £13 and £11 (concession). Please note this performance contains some strong language and adult themes.
