Searching for a family to call his own, Pinocchio’s adventures take him to school, to The Land of Grand Illusions and ultimately back to his father Gepetto in his quest to become a real boy.

Jo, who will take to the stage as the Cat, will be joined by local actors Hugh Brown (as the Fox), Sean Kearns (as Rocombollo), Charlotte McCurry (as the Blue Fairy) and Philippa O’Hara (as Candlewick) and Bob Kelly (as Gepetto). A budding, Devon-born actor Max Abraham will play the title role.

Jo, a former pupil of Ballee High School, trained at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and her recent theatre credits include: ‘Shh! We Have a Plan’, Tara in ‘Smiley’ at the Lyric theatre, Antonio in the ‘Tempest’, Mrs Betterton in ‘Playhouse Creatures’ and the title role in last year’s MAC Christmas production ‘Rumpelstiltskin’.
