Local author launches sixth book

Local author and speaker Catherine Campbell is hosting a special evening of music and song to celebrate the release of her sixth book, Chasing the Dawn.

Portstewart Baptist Church will be the venue for this evening of praise on Friday, June 10, at 8pm. No tickets are necessary.

These special evenings will also feature the well-known singing groups Pathway, Revelation and James Strange.

Throughout the evening Catherine will read excerpts from her new book, and speak on the subject of pushing back the darkness in our lives.

The books will be available for sale after the event at McAuley’s Bible and Bookshop, Ballymoney, from June 17.

Catherine’s books reach a worldwide audience through her publisher Monarch, which is an imprint of the highly respected publishing house Lion Hudson.

Earlier titles include Under the Rainbow, God Knows Your Name and Rainbows for Rainy Days.

In recent years Catherine has been invited to speak at conferences in Australia, Canada, Turkey, Austria, Germany and many parts of the UK and Ireland.
