Visitors to this year’s festival were also treated to the biggest ever ‘Live Action Arena’ in the show’s history with three massive live acts performing - Mattie Griffin Stunt Rider, Savage Skills and the return of high flyers Broke FMX.

Those who attended were able to view all the latest makes and models of new cars in the car dealers’ village along with a huge range of trade stands and a craft complex.

There was also the chance to marvel at the awesome physical strength of the competitors in ‘4 Nations Strongman’ tournament; the opportunity to enjoy live bands, dancing and entertaining acts on stage; plus lots of entertainment and activities for younger visitors to the Carfest which also raised funds for MacMillan Cancer Support.
