Changes to Planning Services office and contact number
Planning officers are currently working remotely due to government advice, the borough council has advised.
However, members of the public can continue to submit their planning applications in the normal manner and check progress via the Northern Ireland Planning Portal. People are also asked to be aware that Planning Services for Mid and East Antrim Council have moved to a new address of Silverwood Business Park, Ballymena. There will no longer be any Planning staff at County Hall, Ballymena.
On April 30, the Planning telephone number will also change to 028 2563 3500. When restrictions are lifted, anyone submitting an application or wishing to speak to an officer, will be welcome at the new location. For more information, visit www.midandeastantrim.gov.uk/planning
