The concert is organised by the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association Northern Ireland Branch (RSPBANI) and all proceeds will go to the President’s nominated charity for 2015 - Friends of the Cancer Centre.

Winston Pinkerton, the RSPBANI President, is a recovered cancer patient and the charity is one which is close to his heart, said: “I chose as this year’s charity because as well as having been treated for cancer myself, I am quite sure that most members of each pipe band in Northern Ireland know of someone affected by cancer who has also been treated at the Centre.”

Tickets (£10) are available online at www.rspbani.org
