This year the band are hoping to follow on from the success of last year’s event with another successful parade in the town. There will again be an abundance of top quality music because as usual there will be music in the early evening with performances at Castlecroft from Baillies Mills Accordion Band from 6pm to 7.30pm.

From 6.30 pm the focus will switch to High Street where there also be band performances in the run up to the main parade which begins at 7.30 pm. The main parade of bands this year will follow the usual route through the town and will be led by Ballywillan Flute Band. One of the successes of last year’s parade was the earlier start time which led to an even more family friendly parade. Spectators are asked to note that this year the parade will again move off from the Showgrounds at 7.30 pm.
