Great demand for more BID business meetings

Responding to interest from Ballymena Town business owners and traders, the BID Team have organised two more business meetings on November 24 and 25 in the Adair Arms.

There was great attendance at the previous meetings in October. The data from these events has been analysed in broad terms and collated in the chart below.

Over the course of the five meetings participants were asked to indicate the type of projects that they thought would be important to include as part of a BID. The findings correlate with the survey data collected earlier in the year. The majority of participants (44%) thought that marketing and promotional projects were important, access with 18% and 13% Business Support.

This information along with the data to be collected at the next two workshops will help to create the draft business plan for the BID.
