Jazzing it up at The Old Courthouse

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council is proud to present a performance by the renowned Orla Murphy Band on Saturday, October 3 at 7.30pm in the Old Courthouse, Antrim.

Orla has been performing all over London and throughout the UK since 2005 in a variety of reputable jazz and music venues, to great acclaim.

She has also performed in Ireland (north and south), in Italy and Malaysia.

Since returning to Belfast from London 18 months ago, Orla’s impact on the NI jazz scene has been significant.

This gig will feature material from her album, ‘Wonderous Visions’, as well as jazz standards and Orla’s unique interpretations of songs from some of her favourite singer/songwriters including Stevie Wonder.

She will be accompanied by some of the finest jazz musicians in Ireland. From Dublin, Darragh O’Kelly on piano, Dave Redmond on bass, Dominic Mullen on drums and Belfast’s Linley Hamilton on trumpet.
