Local Age NI store to host Power NI information event

The Power NI Team will be on hand to talk about the Customer Care Register.

Lauren O’Hara, Age NI Store Manager, said: “The Customer Care Register provides support for customers with specific needs, such as older people and their carers.

“We are delighted to have the Power NI team in store talking about the many ways in which the care register can help.”

Wilma Stewart, Power NI, added: “I’m looking forward to meeting customers at the Age NI Ballymena store – it’s a great opportunity to explain how the Power NI Care Register can make a positive difference to the lives of older people in the area.”

The register provides important assistance such as bills in Braille, large print and talking formats, a Password Scheme allowing customers to securely identify Power NI employees.
