Local company scores ace thanks to Irish Open

My Tour Talk, has developed a complete Causeway Costal Route audio driving and walking tour app, and is receiving an influx of online enquiries from travellers across the world planning to visit the North Coast to attend the tournament during June 27 to July 1.

Record numbers of golf enthusiasts will be making the trip to Royal Portrush along the 120 mile Causeway Coast, which has been voted fifth in the world’s most picturesque views, and this comprehensive visitor app is guaranteed to enhance their experience thanks to the interactive options available on an iPhone, iPad or Android device.

The GPS mapping system allows the user to listen to useful ‘local’ information on each point of interest, as well as having the ability to access to venue information like the opening times of the Giant’s Causeway Visitor Centre, where to park in Bushmills Village or the closest ATM machine and a host of bars, restaurants and hotels along the route– something a printed map cannot do.

This is one of the latest products from the award winning company, which was established two years ago after winning a competition funded by NITB and the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment and more recently the Northern Ireland heat of IntertradeIreland’s Seedcorn competition.
