Something magnificent is brewing on the menu at McKeever Hotels, with the business announcing the creation of a brand new specialised craft coffee blend.
The family hotel business, which already invests over £60,000 annually in locally crafted coffee for its four hotels, has launched its own brand of bespoke coffee.
The coffee, which has South and Central American influences, as well as a host of secret profiles has been in development for a number of months with Newtownards based Coffee Roasters ‘38 Espresso’.
The new crafted coffee launched on Monday to tie in with Tourism NI’s Year of Food & Drink 2016, and will be on sale across all four of the family run hotels on the breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and restaurant menus.
Commenting on the investment in a new bespoke coffee, McKeever Hotels Group Operations Director, Eddie McKeever, said: “As a family run hotel group, we are constantly investing in our product to ensure our customers have a wonderful experience with us.
“Having spent over £60,000 annually on locally crafted coffee here, we are delighted to be investing even more in our own coffee blend which we have created for McKeever Hotels.
“We have worked with the local ‘38 Espresso’ team for many years now - their coffee is already a huge hit with our customers.”
Eddie added: “The opportunity to locally craft a new bespoke blend of coffee exclusive to McKeever Hotels is another part of our ongoing investment, and something we know our customers will love.
“Working with the team from 38 Espresso we have essentially created our own bespoke coffee blend, which has a wonderful rounded full bodied flavour. We love that the coffee is roasted in Northern Ireland which helps seal in the fresh flavour.
McKeever Hotels will be selling the newly ‘crafted coffee’ at its four hotels - Corrs Corner, The Dunsilly Hotel, The Adair Arms and Dillon’s Hotel, Letterkenny.
