A taste of spring at the River Room

GALGORM Resort & Spa is pleased to announce details of the next River Room tasting session - ‘A Taste of Irish Spring’ will take place in The River Room on Tuesday, March 27.

Focusing on the very best of seasonal Irish produce, Galgorm’s ‘Taste’ evenings will get underway with a celebration of spring food, meticulously prepared by the award-winning Chris Bell and his team.

Chris’s talents were most recently showcased on the Great British Menu, where he represented Northern Ireland in the regional heats of the popular BBC cooking programme.
