Admits common assault charge
A BALLYMENA man will be sentenced at the local Magistrates Court next month for an assault charge.
Pre-sentence probation reports were ordered on NIcky John Millar (20), of Waveney Road, after he admitted a charge of common assault on another man on July 4 last year.
Millar will be sentenced on October 28.
