Affray charge duo returned for trial

Justin Patrick Davis (22), of Rathmore Heights, and Anthony Joseph Barry Kinney (21), of Dunvale are each accused of unlawfully fighting and making an affray on March 13.

They are further charged on the same date with assaulting another man, thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm.

Davis and Kinney were returned for trial, on continuing bail, to Antrim Crown Court on a date to be fixed, following a preliminary enquiry at Ballymena Magistrates Court.
