Amy takes third place in Miss NI

Amy Fry, a 17-year-old student, took third place at the glittering black tie event in Belfast having won through along with 27 other finalists.

Leanne McDowell, a 19-year-old marketing student from Cookstown, took the crown while Aimee Kirk, aged 17 from Eglinton came second.

The exclusive gala final was a glamorous affair hosted by UTV’s Marc Mallet and former Miss Northern Ireland and television presenter, Zoe Salmon.

Third placed Amy receives a fabulous prize package including a modelling contract with ACA Models, a years’ hairdreessing from Michele International, complimentary photoshoot from Andy Cameron Photography, sunglasses from Jonathan Keys, flowers from Leckey & Golden and a full size Bronze Leaf gift collection set.
