Appeal for witnesses over Ballymena assault
Police are appealing for witnesses following an assault in the area of Smithfield Park/Lamont Park, Ballymena.
The victim believes it occurred on a Thursday at the beginning of September between 2pm and 4pm.
“We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact Ballymena Police station on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 804 of 19/09/2016,” a PSNI spokesperson said.
