Awaiting sentence
A BALLYMENA man will be sentenced next month on assault and public order offences.
Christopher Picken (21), currently residing at a bail address in Antrim, pleaded guilty to charges of assaulting a man, occasioning him actual bodily harm; making a threat to kill the same man; and damaging windows belonging to another man; when his case was heard at Ballymena Magistrates Court.
The offences took place on December 12.
Sentencing was adjourned until March 18 for pre-sentence probation reports to be compiled on the defendant.
