Ballymena Family History Society News
THE SPEAKER at the March meeting of the Ballymena Branch of the Family History Society will be Mr Des Blackadder, who will be giving an insight into the role played by local men during the years of the Great War.
Des has a wealth of knowledge about the heavy loss of life and injuries sustained by people from Ballymena and the Mid Antrim area during the Great War and the Battle of the Somme. You may have an ancestor who served but did not return and would like to find out how to get information about their Regiment Service record or other information not readily available.
